Our studio space is available for intimate concerts, recordings, livestreams, rap battles, drag shows, fully staged operas, and just about any other creative endeavor you can dream up.
The ground floor of The Blue Building can be rented out for weddings, parties and other private events. Our large gallery space can also be booked for artist exhibitions and openings.
Our fully equipped coffee shop keeps our clients "turned on and tuned-in". It opens to a large comfortable seating area and chess room which can be rented out for private events.
